Origani Ships Globally

As all products are dispatched from Australia, any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Customers might also expect additional costs on the delivery process. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this and is completely at the discretion of the receiving country.

 

Website Refund & Exchange Process

We hope that you are overjoyed with your new ORIGANI products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your product.

Refund
must be returned within 7 days of purchase

Exchange or Store Credit
must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

 

To return or exchange your ORIGANI product please provide the following:

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made at an ORIGANI store boutique or another retail outlet, please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policy.

ONLINE PURCHASES

For items purchased at the ORIGANI website, please provide the following:

  1. Contact Customer Service at service@origani.com.au;
  2. Provide original proof of purchase;
  3. Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
  4. Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
  5. Ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of contacting Customer Service;

Please note: We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind on sale items.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process a refund? 

Store refunds are processed immediately; however it can take up to 3 clear the funds back to your account. Online refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be return shipping and handling.

 

What if I receive an ORIGANI product as a gift, but I would like to change it for something else?

What if my product is damaged or faulty? 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement once the original item has been returned.

 

What if I return a product one day after the 7 or 30-day term, but there was a public holiday during the period? Does the holiday count as a “day”?

"Days" mean calendar days, which includes weekends and public holidays.

 

How will my refund be processed?

A refund payment will be processed according to the original tender method.
